Kolnos Systems offers Eagleye under a software as a service (SaaS) model.
Offering Eagleye under a SaaS model relieves the website owner of owning and
maintaining the hardware necessary to run Eagleye's analytical software. It also
relieves the website owner of devoting resources toward maintaining the product. Under the SaaS model, Kolnos Systems is responsible for running Eagleye as configured for your organization. Kolnos owns, operates and maintains the hardware and software necessary to operate Eagleye and is responsible for ensuring the consistent functioning of the product. Eagleye users are billed on a per-page-visited visited basis and Kolnos Systems is responsible for providing the resources necessary to meet any increase in usage volumes. With the SaaS model software integration concerns are eliminated, updates to Eagleye software can be applied upon release, experienced Kolnos Systems personnel are always available to manage Eagleye performance or take corrective actions if necessary.
